Are you ready to take a little much-needed time for yourself where all the details are taken care of?

The Spark Retreat will leave you feeling relaxed, inspired, and connected to fellow Sparklers. All you have to do is choose what you want to take part in (or not). Beach walk or craft hour? Wine tasting or journaling? Or be the person who goes to yoga just to nap on the mat — we’ll be the first to cheer you on.

Here’s what you need to know:

Who: ~25 Sparklers and Leah - our Sparkler-in-Chief, life coach & professional camp counselor

When: November 7 - 9, 2025

Where: The North Fork of Long Island at it’s best — beautiful sunsets, cozy wineries, no summer crowds.

What: A 2-night, 3-day luxurious retreat that includes:

All meals, including a private dinner
A variety of thoughtfully planned activities and expert-led programming
A very sparkly gift bag
An amazing group of women

All-Inclusive Shared

Shared deluxe two-bed room at The Sound View, our weekend home. Includes Friday dinner, meals all day Saturday, Sunday breakfast, activities, and a Sparkly Swag Bag!

All-Inclusive Solo

Everything in the All-Inclusive Shared package but you’ll have your own Deluxe King room at The Sound View!

Local

- Optional early arrival for an all-day read-a-thon (you can watch Netflix, too, if it better suits your mood!)

Details & FAQs

The retreat is an all-inclusive experience. This includes a two night stay at the Sound View Greenport, plus food and most activities. Drinks and some excursions will be pay as you go.
- Shared Room (Deluxe Two Bed Queen): $1,395
- Solo Room (Deluxe King): $1,775
- Local (no hotel room): $1,175
The Sound View Greenport is home base for the weekend but activities will happen off-site as well.
We'll help match you up with another Sparkler to ensure you have the most fun possible!
The retreat has hard costs associated (think lodging, food, and programming) so we have to put a price on it to make it awesome. If you can’t make it this time, there will be other opportunities in the future (check out our upcoming events on our Members page!).
We’re offering a payment plan that automatically splits your total into two equal installments:
- 50% due at registration
- Remaining 50% will be automatically charged one month later
Payment plans are available through October 1.
After that, full payment will be required at the time of registration.
